OK, so I'm not keeping up with the workout schedule. July was hot as hell and August is on track for more of the same. O f course, this is no excuse since I have a gym at home. The new motorcycle finally arrived last Friday. She is a new (still in the crate) 07 Yamaha FZ6 in super fast red. She rides like a dream and will give me many years of enjoyment. I sold Fronica( 2006 Ninja 500r) to my wife for $1.00. I'll will surely miss Fronica but it's time to move on. See you on the road.
