It's been a long time since my last post. I'm torn between a personal web page or a blog. What the hell, I can have both and update either as I wish.
My love for two wheels is still in full bloom. Hopefully a trip to Hilton Head or Nashville will happen in September.
I have decided to do another Duathlon this year Updates on my training are forthcoming
